TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Definitions

“Laser Tech Pod”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refers to Laser Tech Pod Ltd.
“Client” refers to the individual, clinic, or business requesting services.
“Equipment” refers to any IPL, laser, or light-based system, including handpieces and accessories.

2. Scope of Services

Laser Tech Pod provides independent servicing, diagnostics, inspection, and repair of medical-aesthetic laser and light-based equipment, including IPL, Diode, Nd:YAG, and combination systems.

All services are carried out as engineering assessments of equipment condition at the time of inspection.

3. No Guarantee of Future Performance

  • Servicing, inspection, or repair does not constitute a warranty, certification, or guarantee of future performance or reliability.

  • Equipment components may fail without warning due to age, usage, or prior condition.

  • Laser Tech Pod is not responsible for future faults occurring after service completion.

4. On-Site Services

  • On-site services are scheduled based on location, availability, and route planning.

  • Requested dates are treated as preferences, not confirmed appointments, until agreed in writing.

  • Pricing includes service time only.

  • Parts, consumables, additional labour, and remedial work are quoted separately.

5. Workshop Services & Repairs

  • Workshop services are carried out following inspection of the equipment.

  • Final pricing is confirmed only after assessment.

  • No repair work is undertaken without explicit client approval.

Shipping

  • The client is responsible for all shipping costs to and from Laser Tech Pod unless agreed otherwise.

  • Laser Tech Pod is not responsible for damage occurring during transit.

6. No Fix / No Fee (Workshop Repairs Only)

  • “No fix, no fee” applies to labour only.

  • Diagnostic time, shipping, consumables, third-party components, and replacement parts are excluded.

  • If a repair is not possible or not approved, no labour charge will apply.

7. Laser Health Checks

  • Laser Health Checks are non-invasive performance assessments, not full services.

  • Results represent a snapshot of output and performance at the time of testing.

  • Health Checks do not guarantee treatment outcomes or future performance.

8. Client Responsibilities

The client confirms that:

  • Equipment provided is owned or authorised for service

  • Equipment has been used and maintained in accordance with manufacturer guidance

  • Any known faults, previous repairs, or third-party interventions have been disclosed where possible

Laser Tech Pod is not responsible for faults caused by undisclosed prior modifications or misuse.

9. Approval of Work

  • No repairs or remedial work are carried out without prior approval.

  • Approval may be given via email, written confirmation, or signed quotation.

10. Payment Terms

  • Payment terms are stated on quotations and invoices.

  • Invoices are payable within the stated period unless agreed otherwise.

  • Late payments may result in delays to report release, return of equipment, or future bookings.

11. Cancellations & Access

  • On-site appointments cancelled at short notice may incur a charge to cover travel and lost time.

  • The client must ensure safe access to equipment at the agreed time.

  • Delays caused by lack of access or unsuitable conditions may be chargeable.

12. Limitation of Liability

  • Laser Tech Pod’s liability is limited to the value of the service provided.

  • We are not liable for loss of revenue, loss of clients, or consequential losses.

  • Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

13. Documentation & Reports

  • Service reports reflect findings at the time of inspection only.

  • Reports may not be altered once issued.

  • Reports are for the client’s internal use and may not be reproduced without permission.

14. Insurance

Laser Tech Pod maintains appropriate business and professional insurance relevant to the services provided.

15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

16. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting a service request, approving a quotation, or instructing Laser Tech Pod to proceed, the client confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
